Description

Bump version for release of v0.4.3 adding Basque support.

Also removes Python 3.6 as a supported version as this has reached EOL.

Thanks Ake,

I realised after I pushed yesterday that we didn't yet have automatic publishing setup for this repo. So I've taken what we did for Adapt and dropped it in here.

I want to move this to it's own Github Action at some point to make it more maintainable, but thought this repo would likely get a few updates so was worth having this now.
