Bogged down after clicking Turtorial #16

I pressed the turtorial button, the page loaded. CPU usage when to 98% on chromium. Clicked record button. Page loaded. Clicked record. Page froze.Exited.

Error message from terminal was: /src/app/../tmp/4240185716167157740.webm: Invalid data found when processing input
