Add Lithuanian language from Liepa project #11

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Mimic3 does not support Lithuanian language.

Describe the solution you'd like Voices for Lithuanian language are available from Liepa project. They have 13 hours of recordings (2 male and 2 female voices), recordings consists of 5000 sentences.

Describe alternatives you've considered I could probably train these models myself if instruction on how to do it would be available.

mimic3 is no longer maintained, you might want to try https://github.com/rhasspy/piper

it is from the same author and can essentially be considered mimic4
