Hi @abnsy as we haven't heard from you for a while, I'm going to close this PR for now. If you're open to signing a CLA we can certainly re-open it.

Whilst it's a small change - even a deletion - we have a blanket rule that all contributions to the repo have an associated CLA. Otherwise it becomes a nightmare to determine where the line is for "significant change" etc. It also means you get added to our public list of contributors.
