Improve loading animation #12

It seems like we have a few loading stages that may or may not show the same thing:

  1. Boot loader - static logo
  2. GUI loaded (this repo) - logo - either static, animation, or video - this is currently the loading spinner
  3. Skills loading - could either continue the previous, or show a progress bar Do we need this at all?
  4. mycroft.ready - show idle screen
