We just use the default device from the pulse audio so it should hopefully pick it up. When it doesn't though there are a few things you can try listed on that page.
If none of that works, then I'd try setting the device in mycroft.conf - details here

Doesnt work because my device is on index 2. I use ac108 Respeaker 6-Mics array, how set index in precise runner on precise-listen please?
