There device tracker part of this skill is a little raw..

Sandro-iMac has been detected at not_home.
Where is Sandro?
Last known location of Sandro-iMac is not_home.
Where is Sandro iPhone?
Sandros-iPhone has been detected at home.
So Sandro is at home?
You might have to say that a different way.

You may consider to add a "Persons" "Entity" that in HA it has states "Home / Not_Home"...
