docs: Clarify code comment, fix path #105

Description

This tries to explain a little clearer what's going on, my quoting the name of the label, and mentioning the actual .github/ directory in the comment.

@stratus-ss 👋 In order to talk about a word which is also a domain term (GitHub Actions uses Workflows in its domain language), and not mean that term can be difficult without specific typography (in your comment above, you used italics to make that stand out; an analogue of the change in the diff).

Hope this helps to clarify my intent.
