fixes #22 Update pyjokes to 0.6.0 #24

Update pyjokes to 0.6.0. This version introduces German jokes.

Hey there, thanks for the pull request to update this.

I noticed during testing that the adult category no longer exists in pyjokes v0.6.0. So I've added another PR to remove that along with some other minor updates. Once we verify that all is working as expected then we can merge both and push it to the Marketplace :)

I've been doing some testing this morning (through @krisgesling's followup PR) and for me everything seems to work great with this update. :+1:
