move stream location to skill cache directory
provide default station based on location of device
add new stations, and improve presentation
simplify station data for less duplication between init.py and settingsmeta.json
allow stations that provide a direct media link eg .mp3
expand vocab based on VUI spec
remove import of re package as it doesn't seem to be used
add restart of playback mid-stream - works on CLI, will be good with new barge-in
update readme to reflect changes
