Fix dialog entry of reminder

Description

Fix the logic in the reminder entry through dialog. Resolves #42

• Correct inverted if statements
• change the check for affirmative to a "not negative"

Indeed, looking into fixing the things needed for translation, tests and some minor cleaning. Hopefully followup PR in a day or two.
