Added more words on the Increase, Decrease, and Query Vocabularies
Added Set, Reset, and To Vocabularies to be used on additional Change to Number and Change to Percent Volume Intent Handlers
Added Increase, Decrease, and Query Phrases Vocabularies and Intent Handlers to handle voice commands that doesn't mention anything from the Volume.voc
Added Max Volume Vocabularies, Intents and Intent Handlers, and Dialog.
Linting Improvements (maintain to 79 characters per line)

Tested on Debian Linux, Mark 1 and Picroft. All working great.
