Various changes:

Reworked intents and vocabulary to be much more flexible, e.g. "turn up the speaker" instead of rigid "increase volume"
Created "mycroft.volume.mute" and "mycroft.volume.unmute" handlers
Prefixed private helpers with "__"
Switched to Apache 2.0 licensing
Adopted new intent decorators
