Nothing happens when using magento to erpnext template

When creating a new rule using the template for magento to erpnext nothing happens after pressing the confirm rule button it just says please wait.

I have the same issue using a prestashop to moodle template. When I press the "confirm rule" button, I only see "please wait". I can manually create a rule - but cannot confirm a template.

That is to do with authentication on Prestashop or moonless. Enter your credentials again and it should work

Thanks for the reply- the authentication works fine if I create a rule of my own and run it- I just cannot use the template, and when it fails I get nothing in the prod.log, I just see the "please wait" which never times out. I can read data from either moodle or prestashop, so it does not seem logical that I cannot confirm a template.

@AVATAVA Hi, could you please check your JavaScript console to see whether there are any error messages displayed there (I just want to make sure they are the same as mine) and look any errors flagged in red ?

I've just tried to reproduce your error prod mode, it wasn't triggered in dev but indeed in prod mode I got the following errors in my prod.log

Also, just to be on the safe side, can you confirm which Myddleware version this occurred on ? (I ran my tests in Myddleware 3.1.8a).

Hi @EstelleMyddleware , I am using Myddleware 3.1.1. I see no errors in the console, and no errors are produced in the prod.log. Prestashop is 1.7.8.2 and Moodle is 4.0.2

Hi @AVATAVA , I can't reproduce the issue, the rule are successfully generated in my Myddleware instance. Could you upgrade Myddleware to the latest version and check again please ? Please keep us updated. Thanks
