BUG: Learning tool doesn't work iBioSim 2.8.2 on Linux #49

iBioSim Version 2.8.2

Operating system: Linux

Bug reported by: DTrang.Tran@utah.edu

Description: For the learning section of the system bio tutorial, iBioSim was unable to run the learning tool. After loading data, specifying running parameters and hitting "Save and run", an error windows popped out saying "Unable to learn from data" without furrther detail.

Yes it works after I add the iBioSim bin to the system path manually. iBioSim doesn't seem to call GeneNet with the full path.

That’s correct, and I messed up adding the path myself. New version should hopefully do this correctly.
