MyersResearchGroup / iBioSim

iBioSim is a computer-aided design (CAD) tool aimed for the modeling, analysis, and design of genetic circuits. It is capable of importing and exporting models specified using the Systems Biology Markup Language (SBML). iBioSim also supports the Synthetic Biology Open Language (SBOL), an emerging standard for information exchange in synthetic biology.

FEATURE: add SED-ML support for Markov analysis #126

Open buggsley opened 7 years ago

Add support for Markov analysis in SED-ML.

cjmyers commented 6 years ago

Markov analysis methods are present, but the interesting species and thresholds are not stored in SED-ML yet. Also, graphs and histograms generated from Markov analysis are quite different. May need to wait for some of this for qual support in SED-ML.

Let's delay this to 3.1 or later, hopefully when SED-ML adds this.
