Update KISAO for DFBA #417

New KISAO terms were added:

dynamic flux balance analysis: kisao:KISAO_0000499
DA-DFBA: kisao:KISAO_0000502
DOA-DFBA: kisao:KISAO_0000501
SOA-DFBA: kisao:KISAO_0000500

Currently, kisao:KISAO_0000500 is being used. Need to check for either kisao:KISAO_0000500 or kisao:KISAO_0000499.

Also needs to test combine archive example.
