There are several things that we no longer use with Decent CI, and at some point soon I hope to move the testing/regression capabilities to GitHub Actions and eliminate a massive amount of Decent CI code. As a step toward that, I am going to make some passes to eliminate all the easy stuff that we don't use any more - packaging, custom check, cppcheck, release tags, etc. As I've always said, no one should really be depending on this fork of the Decent CI code -- if they want general purpose, they should use the base repo instead.
