Do we have a toolbox element? #5

I am Creating a Windows paint like thing but am not able to find a toolbox pane or something like that? will i Have to make one mine? check the image download

I would use a UIPanel or UIWindow filled with UIButtons. I think I did something similar for pygame paint.
