Luma compatibility #2

Hi, on new Luma Release 7.0, on changelog this appears: -->Added unverified New3DS SigHax support (it should work fine, though).

Is SIGhax finaly coming out?

No; these changes to Luma3DS were done under how we assume that sighax will work. We can't do anything in sighax without boot ROM, but we can make other preparations.
