Fix #5 end game bonuses for special cavalry types #6

Elephant cavalry got an extra 45% damage/toughness bonus per jousting duchy building. Camel cavalry got an extra 30% bonus on all stats per jousting duchy building. Archer cavalry got an extra 30%/15% bonus per archery range duchy building, and 16%/8% bonus per hunting grounds holding building.
