Snes powerpak vs snes9x

here are some interesting tests i tryed on both powerpak and snes9x sothat everybody can see,judge and try for their selfes by using nested v1.4 and change ram size and activate view memory and cpu ussage as well as using snes srm ram test files,these were the results,

Snes test ram 4 On the powerpak it shows 1 zero on the bothem left corner and on snes9x it shows two zeros on the bothem left corner wich you can see here by clicking on it

snes sram test 4 on snes9x wich shows 2 zeros on the bothem left corner wich you can see here by clicking on it,

Snes test ram 5 On the powerpak it shows again 1 zero on the bothem left corner wich yo can see here by clicking on it

snes sram test 5 on snes9x it shows 4 zeros on the bothem left corner wich you can see here by clicking on it,

here i changed the sram size to 1 thus 2 KB and these were the results,

on the snes9x you will see this,

on snes poweroak you will see this

Here, i followed those steps like setting ram size from 8 to 4, i activated show hardware usage And this what it says on snes powerpak,

it says 144KB So it looks like my powerpak does support 16KB srm ram,but how reliable these results will be i am not sure about that,

here were the end result when setting it to 3 thus 8KB on snes powerpak it says,

on snes9x it says,

these are settings 4 this 16KB on snes powerpak it says,

on snes9x it says,

these are srm ran 10 tests these were the results, on snes powerpak srm ram 10 test

on snes9x snes9x srm ram 10 test

I hope this will indicate you and other peoples enough clues whether the the powerpak among other flashcards does support 16KB or not, if you don’t recieved any pictures on github or in your email, well then blame it on my stupid apple hotmail app, Thank you for those essential test programs i thanks for showing me how to change sram usage in nested , i really appreciate that😟

I found an error in my code and the 144KB is incorrect but the test ROMs are correct.

Your device doesn't support 16KB SRAM.

Can you correct that error in yojr code? Also i wonder how did you varify that my powerpak does not support 16KB? Was it because of those srm ram test differences between snes9x?

I'll correct it for v1.5, it's just a display error and shouldn't affect how games perform.

Those test ROMs show how many 8KB banks are available for SRAM and the answer was 1 for PowerPak.

Note; that i,ve bought a super everdrive x5 base version while waiting for it to come in the mail, wich does lack those DSP chips,BUT it does contain 8MB of ram and 128KB of srm ram, so hopefully it will met the full requirements of nested.
