Merge titlebar #141

Merge titlebar into the window (lots of commits I know, I kept breaking things)

What about Linux and desktop environment things? Would this be disabled for Linux right? https://github.com/MystPi/ninetails/pull/141/commits/0abbe464f20d3240e90cbeaa789f9c2284db1a6d didn't see

yeah its disabled for linux, in future i think it'd be cool to hook into gtk and implement a custom titlebar
