Request: A user can produce a multisig 'combined signature' on the Sui MultiSig Toolkit app.

The user will be able to select a Combine Signatures Tab, and on that page, the user will provide an ordered set of signatures as well as the public keys, weights, and thresholds for deriving the multisig address.
