Use zip215 Vs ed25519 everywhere #4554

This is to avoid any confusion and surprises. Will sync up with @joyqvq and @huitseeker

Apart from docs, we might need to change variable names keytool strings etc. We should proceed with caution due to potential backwards compatibility issues.
