The conversion url -> subdomain + path does not require to specify the base domain
development on localhost is supported with a separate condition (the length of subdomain.localhost".split(".") is 2)
A few small improvements to sw.ts

Depends on #22 Closes #18

Yes, i think we can leave this for later. I opened #26 to track the issue
