Works like the "/particle" command for Minecraft 1.8, without requiring the server to be 1.8

particle, , , , , , , , [Force True/False]

Example:

particle, Player, magicCrit, 1, 1, 1, 0.1, 1, False

Er will also den playeffekt erweitern das man etwas genauer sachen angeben kann, ist also ein feature request für SPÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄTER mal

ja aber nicht mit den optionen die oben gewünscht wurden
