Create zh_cn.json 1.14.4

In addition Can I repost your mods(Mystical World) to mcbbs? mcbbs:https://www.mcbbs.net/ mcbbs is the largest minecraft fan forum in China.

I will not provide download sources other than Curseforge

I'm sorry to ask questions here, because of GFW, I cannot register for a twitch account, so I cannot ask questions on Curseforge.

Here is a great place for questions! You're more than welcome to share Mystical World and the required Mystical Lib to mcbbs so long as the download links lead back to CurseForge.

I'm in the middle of refactoring the code so unfortunately there's a chance that translations may change somewhat (or significantly), so I will merge this but also check to see if there are any new keys/missing keys.
