Add localization for Patchouli Book #144

Hello dear devs! After such a long period I have finally finished these localized Patchouli guidebook for MysticalWorld. With these changes, localization for any language will be easier: simply adding mysticalworld.guidebook.name and mysticalworld.guidebook.landing_text these two language entries into .lang file, and localizing them will localize the MW's guidebook. I have tested this method by modifying MW mod. mysticalworld-1.12.2-1.8.2-localized.jar.zip You may download my modified version of MW and have a try, just changing game language from en_us to zh_cn or 中文(中国). All modifications on this mod is exactly the same as what this Pull Request does. You may consider whether merge my PR or not after you are satisfied with these modifications, I hope what I have done could help translators from all over the world to localize your mod's Patchouli guidebook into their own languages, which is greatly benefit to your mod's worldwide population.
