Update to use Radio Streams in 29.0 #20

After upgrading to 29.0 using this, my most favorite theme, I found I was unable to use Radio Streams. Googling brought me to https://code.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/12740 which indicated that this could be theme-related. Indeed, when I switch to MythCenter, the Radio Stream interface works.

I currently do not use MythTV anymore, so pull request are welcome.

Ok @rsiebert. I'll see what I can do since I'm not a MythTV coder. I'll close this for now.
