the MythWelcome UI is broken #8

Hi, just letting you know that the MythWelcome UI for this theme is broken in the following areas:

On the "Upcoming recordings" bottom half of the screen, it only shows the middle 'Channel Name' line. The above Program Name and the below Program time lines are not displayed.

Hi John, I don't use MythWelcome (and MythTV) so I require a patch. Without it I can only guess what needs to be done.
