Simply doesn't work #260

What should I do? First time I downloaded, and it just stay like this:

Is it some extension or dll problem?

It is solved, guys. Installed Visual Studio, so it worked.

it worked for some days, but at the last couple days it is back at this white error... what shoul i do?

Have you updated/reinstalled the .NET Framework ?
