Allow Progress Bar HUDs to be reversed/have their text centered #281

This permits the life/mana/exp HUD to look like the Flash Client ones. Reversing them and putting them side by side is a nice effect and is very helpful for hunting too.

Colors are different there because my local one I have modified a bit of the style.
