This PR updates the DLLs to use the latest release of Mimikatz. This was tested on Win10 19042 via Mythic 2.2.6. Additionally, this includes an expansion to CONTRIBUTING.md which details the process for updating Mimikatz in the future as there are a few steps which could trip developers up.
