Small Fix to ensure packet order in Agent Side [rportfwd] #47

Packet ordering was already implemented in the mythic pull request, however, it was missing in the Apollo Pull request, which could affect some protocols or tools when used in combination with rportfwd (e.g. impacket).

closing this one in a similar fashion to the main rpfwd request in favor of supporting Mythic 3.2's rpfwd functionality
