Adding ifconfig command #89

I wanted to get my feet wet with the codebase to wrote a simple command to grab interface information. I also include a browser script to go along with it. Please let me know if there's any issues!

Looks pretty good! Please add documentation around your command in the documentation container and retarget your pull request to the dev branch instead of the master branch. Thank you!
