Getting Input Sequence File #6

Hi Dr.Song,

Sorry to trouble you again.

The analyzer.py file requires an input sequence file. To get the input sequence file, do you download the run at this link (https://trace.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Traces/sra/?run=SRR3709998)? I'm confused how to get the file.

I'm sorry if this is a very basic question, I'm very new to biology. Thank you so much and I appreciate your patience! Soumya

Dear Sarah Roden

I attached a excel file that include reference seq(original sequence), barcode sequence, and Target sequence.

You can make input file using this information.

Input file formFile name : reference seq : Target sequence

File name is sorted file by barcode sequence.

If you have any concerns, please let me know.
