As a Front-End Developer,
I WANT an Interest Model SO THAT I am able to store interests in the data base, which I can make available to any user to create Tierlists.
AC GIVEN I want to add Interests to the database WHEN I am logged in THEN I have a front end interface which I can use to create an Interest.
