[Feature request] Advanced Options for Video recording #69

It would bei nice top have the Option to record with multiple Cameras at the Same time and select witch backfacing camera i want to use. For example to allow recording with the ultrawide camera.

The first feature (multiple cam recording) could be limited by the camera API in use as per the comment: https://github.com/Myzel394/Alibi/issues/74#issuecomment-2002021642

I'd be curious to hear if the latter is possible, since I can see a use for e.g. a wide angle camera to be used for primary video.
