Whole tree slowly rotates #204

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: tree should stay in the same position, so after tree is balanced 
after an insert the system does not rotate any more
Actual: esp when doing big inserts it seems the whole system retains a certain 
amount of rotational inertia which causes it to spin slowly. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
