Added Rock bands deck #4

Modified deck.js to include another deck with title rock bands.

Thanks for the PR @SameepAher ! Next time make sure to create a new branch and make the PR from that instead of the default master/main (standard good practice as well as makes things easier for the one merging your PR)

Though this PR shows its closed and not merged (I too am learning how to merge contributions!), don't worry, it does show you as the author of this commit
