This PR:

Splits LS into two parts: search() and intensify().
Search applies the node operators, and is the default educate method.
Intensify applies route operators and the subpath enumeration technique, and is called whenever we find a new best solution.

I've also set the default for nbKeepOnRestart to 0, which seems superior.

The benchmark's in. It does not seem to change all that much, but seems to be a slight improvement. It's at least not worse :-).

I see that the competition is getting interesting now.
