Cloudlog and QRZ.com support #120

This PR adds the configuration option for CloudLog and qrz.com in the settings, allowing users to upload the QSO to the CloudLog server or qrz.com immediately after completing a QSO.

This fixs #119 as well, but since I don't have an qrz subscription the qrz upload part is not tested yet.

Just completed several QSOs using it, and each QSO was correctly processed and uploaded to CloudLog. However, the availability of qrz part is still unknown due to lack of api key.

So I think it's time to mark it as ready for review now!
