Am I doing something wrong? Thank you

I have a similar issue where there is no audio at all but the CAT is working fine... tried factory rest as well as using X6100 G90 and ICOM7100, still the same...

Try selecting G108 Xiegu radio. When you plug in the usb cable to android device watch for opportunity to select usb port. On my rig, if I choose the higher numbered one I get cat control, waterfall and decoding. However, when transmitting although red light on the 6100 comes on, 0 power out and ALC of 100. On a Facebook forum two others had same problem, and a third said this is a known issue. I've considered reverting to a previous version of the app, although I have no reason to believe this will help except that one of the hams with the same problem said it had come on suddenly not too long ago--maybe the result of and update?

Might help might not. Had same issue on my 991 then I changed microphone input in settings to rear and then it worked in usb not usbdata

Well, after install v 0.87, no way to choose port. KE0DDV: There is not G108 option in this version. Finally removed app, installed previous version without success, but then installed again v 0.87 and achieved all running doing this:

Thanks for the suggestions above. Unfortunately my problem remains the same as you described in the first post. Comm via USBC/OTG works fine, traffic is being decoded, and displayed properly but there is no rig control thus no TX at all. Tried changing the serial port to the first one than back to the second one, droppin the port speed to 9600 Baud and even the radio model (running a Xiegu X6100) without any success. Any suggestions?

Update. The problem seems to be related to my ASUS Zenpad tablet. The same software version works fine when running on my Android phone. Next step is updating the firmware on the ASUS Zenpad and see if that helps.

I had the same issues with V.0.88 und V.0.87: Decoding ok but no TX. TRX showed just 0W power and ALC 100. Then I've tried out V.0.86. I had to delete all app settings and configure it again. There was only one version of the X6100 to chose (instead of two like with the newer version). And that worked fine: Both TX and RX are working for me. I had then just to fine tune the signal level of the app and volume settings of the phone for better ALC.

I have the same issue with a REDMI tablet: I changed cable and OTG, now I have the Serial connection question (and chosing first or second is the same), I can receive but cannot control the rig nor transmit. To be able to control the rig, I must keep the cable connected, connect the X6100 and the tablet through Bluetooth and switch control to Bluetooth, set the tablet volume to MAX and (between some X6100 crashes) I can now transmit. Only v.0.88 works. I have tried to setup my Samsung Galaxy A52 both with 0.86 and 0.88 but none works (cable, Bluetooth, nothing)

@EA2CW Thanks. I didn't expect a phone volume level to be related a power of the x6100 + U-DIG.
