Q900 v4 CAT will not work #49

Using USB, It decodes audio. It will not transmit through radio. Phone just sounds through phone speaker. Doesn't seem to change frequencies from app either. Tried using Q900 and FT817. Neither work.

I have the same issue with XIEGU X6100. I have tried several tablets and phones, without success. With my REDMI Tablet though, I have added the Bluetooth connection and selected Bluetooth and (after pumping up the volume to max and disabling notification sounds) I've been able to transmit. Note that for some reason the XIEGU X6100 crashes sometimes, but other than that it works damn well: it made two QSOs "by itself" while I was still checking if it was working :-) This is a great project, I hope it will get more development because I would rather use this cool app on a tablet than wsjt-x and my PC when I'm away from my desk.

Thanks a lot for your kind reply! I'm trying to connect with a Xiegu X6100 with latest FW. Yes, I tried with two different OTG adapters and I can select the serial links proposed, but in any case the audio for transmission doesn't go through (but I can receive very well and change bands from the App) When I transmit the power remains 0W and there's no modulation at all with the USB cable. If I connect bluetooth (in addition from the USB/OTG cable) and set the control to bluetooth I can sometime transmit with modulation (if the sequence of activation is the right one). If I just connect Bluetooth, without any USB cable, the rig is controlled, but the audio decoded is ambient noise caught from a microphone (the tablet, I suppose) and there's no modulation when transmitting.

Hi, HB9HXH 据我所知，协谷X6100的蓝牙是不支持音频的，所以您连接蓝牙却无法从蓝牙接收到音频。 至于使用OTG也无法接收到音频，是不是USB线的问题？您可以用pc连接x6100，用JTDX控制，看能不能成功，排除一下是不是电台，或USB线方面的问题。

hi, blueskiesoky Q900有2个USB接口，请使用TYPE-C接口，而不是另一个TYPE-A，在使用TYPE-C接口时，请使用otg转接口。

Q900是FT8CN第一个可以通过蓝牙实现无线控制的电台，强烈建议您使用蓝牙控制电台。 请按一下步骤操作： 1.在进入FT8CN前，在android系统设置中，蓝牙设备选择Q900-BT（连接音频）。 2.进入FT8CN之后，进入settings页面，电台选择“GUOHE(国赫)Q900”（选择电台型号）。 3.在Connection type，选择Bluetooth，会有弹出窗口，选择“Q900-BT”（选择控制方式）。
