[Collaboration] - Github action #112

Hi

Although secret scanning is something that should be done before commiting the code, it can also be done reactively against a given repo.

I think this project is quite good, and i want to help to make it better by suggesting to create a github action to integrate it easily in the workflows.

Is this something you think would be useful? If so, i can write that action for you and do a PR

@javixeneize Sorry for the delay on this, day jobs pay the bills.

I am happy to take this as a feature request. When it comes to those requests, as long as it has a functional purpose and does not break the code or make it less maintainable I am all for it.
