Fix build with -fno-common or GCC-10 #10

Without the patch we get a lot of errors due to multiple definition ofgui';`

-fno-common will be set as default by GCC-10

In case you find any more issues, I'll hold off on a point release for a while.

Your welcome, Nate. As GCC 10 has still some weeks until a release making a new version of XDX is not really urgent.
