PDF export does not export all the elements #580

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new document
2. Insert some "common shapes"
3. Insert a "Table/Tree" from "Desktop " native UI widget" collection
4. Export as pdf

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
All the elements of the original document have to be exported in the PDF file.
Some elements are exported, but some other are not (like Table/Tree element).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Evolus Pencil version 2.0.4 (standalone application)
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Workstation release 6.4 (Santiago)

I am also experiencing this on Ubuntu 13.04 and evolus pencil 2.0.3 
(standalone).

I'm also noticing this on windows v2.0.3.  I'm using the Sketchy HTML Texts and 
they don't appear in the exported PDF document.
