Impossible to edit with external editor #619

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Insert a svg-clipart on canvas.
2. Right-click the inserted svg-clipart and chose "Actions" and "Edit whith 
external editor..".

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output: inkscape opens to edit svg.
Instead:

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version: 2.0.5
OS: Win7x64
