Wow, that's a lot of detections 😅. I don't know why it would be doing that other than just because it's packaged (the code is unreadable) and I didn't sign it as a developer.
The entire project is coded in Python and you can view the source code in the source repository tho so if there is a virus it was injected by the Python .exe packager. The one I used is called PyInstaller, and it's quite reputable. That being said, I have no way of being sure.
I have run the exe file on my own computer many times however, and so far no problems!
On second thought, it's likely getting detected as a virus because the file location of your Fortnite settings is technically protected, and counts as a system file. That means that virus detectors see the program attempting to access a protected file and think it's trying to harm your PC. If you have any other ideas, let me know!
